i wonder who started this whole day and month naming concept. who decided tat everyone shld have a concept of time, such tat it can be measured accurately? not tat the time on my watch is accurate..nor the one on my car, house, alarm, etc. but at least, it allows sandra bullock and keanu reeves to make dates 2 yrs down in time, even if they didnt meet tat first time.
time seems to whizz past me, right under my nose. yet time seems to crawl by soooo slowly. i guess tats how it is when u live day to day. yes, the days go by, often like a blur, but there are 'spockets' (spots and pockets) where watching the seconds go by seems extraordinarily long. even ticking one second seems really unusually long. hao xin ku.
anyway.. did quite a no of things over the weekends.. the most memorable was seeing my 3 springrolls! cept now they are smelly springrolls *song in background is the one where phoebe fr Friends is singing the song on Smelly cats*

then was at greatworld..espirit.. and coincidences of coincidences.. they had to play my john legend song.. i first heard it properly there too... and first time after tat when i step into espirit.. they had to play it.. oh well..
had to bring guest to doc.. then went somehwere else to pick up the prescription.. then went to escape.. cos we had free tix.. so might as well go. sigh it had to RAIN. so we went to safra at tampines for pool and bowling.. until the sun came up again. well i'm really not one for thrill rides.. car and me decided we had enuff after 2 rides, so went to sit down in the air con and have a drink while the rest continued. haha. but wah its expensive and there arent tat many rides. so wont spend tat kind of money. rather go sentosa or something man.
i really suck at bowling. -_-
haha i had to rush off cos needed to bring my guests to night safari. cos me took 2 ladies out, while boss took the guys out. so we had the fastest ever meal at fisherman's. sorry guys to have to rush u all..
been to the night safari like 3 or 4 times.. so this time didnt expect anything diff. but ok la, quite diff, cos first time taking the tram. kinda felt like jurassic park tho, cos quite dark, some parts animals not even in enclosures. they're like right next to the tram. then saw chawang, tat elephant which attacked its keeper. really magnificent..had almost symmetrical gently curving tusks.. then off to supper, and finally home.
was kinda grouchy tho towards the later part of the night.. cos was so tired.. didnt really have the mood to entertain ppl in the first place, but boh bian.. well at least it didnt really feel like it was work.. if the mayor's wife had gone i think it'd have been so much more tiring.. then once again, i had to face the 'are u sure u're not brandon's wife?' questions. have no idea why they go on and on abt it.. got abit sick and tired and irritated by it towards the later part of the night but luckily managed to be a good sweet tour guide thru out. *pat myself on back*
thinking wat to do later on today.. sigh sometimes quite sian to call ppl out, like i'm bothering them. oh well.
