came home tired, but provoked enough to bother switching on my lappy, signing into blogger and typing away right now. here's why..

went to paulaner for drinks, and got a nice cosy seat at the bar. it was a tad noisy but good noise cos the live band was playing nice songs, lead had a really nice voice. jus chilling out, catching up, eating, etc.

suddenly this odd guy comes by and asks if my fren would go over. cos he had some bet with his frens, wanted fren to go over. he was kinda drunk already, and wanted to give my fren 50bucks jus to go over and say hi to his grp of frens. then his other fren comes over, tells us not to be alarmed, jus tat the other guy wanted to buy us drinks and invited over to their table. they were quite insistent and getting too close for comfort, so we jus got another beer which was supposed to be on their tab in hope tat they'd jus leave.. plus they kept telling the waiter to send the bill to their table. so in the midst of confusion, our beer was supposed to be delivered to our seat while the bill went to them. somehow, our total food and drinks beer went missing, so we thot,'hey! cool they're paying for all of our food? coooool'

halfway thru, the bill came back.. and guess wat.. the last beer was included in our bill. best. called the waiter over, who then told us tat the guys decided last min to split the bill. how ungentlemanly. how stingy. not like they cant afford it or anything? and not when we didnt even want the beer? i mean.. aiyah dunno la.. words jus fail me.. cannot make it man.. *shake head* singaporean men are such disappointments... sigh...
