time after time
there was once a girl who just wanted to be happy. but somehow, it eluded her. somehow, it never did stay with her for long.
time after time, unhappy things happened to her. ' tats just how life is', they said, 'u'll grow up and be wiser next time.'
so time after time, she listened. cos hey, it was pretty sound advice. since she couldn't anything else, why not follow?
time after time, she was disappointed again and again. each time she thought things were getting tat bit better, something else would happen and rudely push her back into that lil room she shared with Unhappiness and Disappointment. Old frens who would always greet her with welcoming arms. Such old friends that one day, Happiness and Bliss would be relegated to the status of just 'Mere Acquaintance'.
that is the story of her life.
