to me, the party began waaay before d-day.

started on fri, with lotsa fried chicken, beer, peanut butter shots and disgusting tequila shots. yuck.





hmmm after a complimentary lift home, woke up on sat feeling sick, but still went to meet aunt for a spot of shopping. then headed off with bags of stuff to chinatown for crabs!


cos we were supposed to club, ade somehow decided to pop by my house to wait til meeting time. of course tat didnt make sense cos i could jus meet the rest there. but no, she had to come by with del, and NOT ANSWER MY CALLS.

haha but then the door bell rang.. and the culprits showed up one by one.. for a SURPRISE!!!! heheh

i'm grinning away like an idiot.


then came sunday, where i met the girls for squash. then net and me headed off to a pet farm. cos someone else was apparently busy getting stuff for my bdae hehehe.

the farm had a running area for doggies, a play pool, the hugest supermarket with tons and tons of snacks, and wat nots. BUT right next to it was a shelter..for doggies waiting to be adopted.
the great divide.

and then came monday, amazing how the 5 of us still manage to meet up. this time, for some paella! ole!

then, came d-day. was made to walk ard tiong bahru during lunch. yi was acting really suspicious. tat woman made me wait ard by myself..but i needed to buy stuff so i bumped into her carrying this bouquet of flowers, my surprise no 2!
of course, she refused to tell me who they were from.. 'yun i'm really not a bimbo ok..' but haha i still found out who my 'admirers' were anyway! (i mus say u all really good at this acting business leh..ehehe)

and here's my awfully (yummy) chocolate cake.

had to run errands and all tat before i left the next day. so rushed home, got stuff done, then went to meet k for some dinner.

went to the usual spot to sit, and then suddenly realised there were familiar faces across the room! wah lau. really unexpected. i didnt believe the whole time tat it was planned lor. u all good..very very good lor..

haha ok shant complain. =0)

some were sick or not free, so didnt turn up. but doesnt matter, still very sweet of u all! then went to meet missmymy for wings (again) and beer (yes again). hehe

and then, finally, are some of the other nice things i got. in no particular order,

1 is from far far away. really pretty box with a pretty rock in it! tiffany's next time naman?
2 was a whole container load of nutella ice cream and a huge slice of choc cake! delivered on a bicycle nonetheless. thanks babe! how ironic too..considering i'd be needing all tat cycling to burn all those calories..=0D
3 was a collection from a very wonderful girl who was super stressed over d-day. hehe. *hug*
4a (yun thinks out loud): eh..wats tat on my bed..weird..
4b:wah!!!!!! hahah aunty feeling guilty abt me spending lots on her bdae..eheheh
4c: ta dah!
