first work week of the new yr.
its annoying how u get derailed so often from your actual jobscope.
firefighting, answering silly questions, the usual office hum drum.
i need time to do wat i was hired for.
sounds so stupid right? i mean, i work hard all day and night. only to find out i haven't really been doing my job. i've been working, but no idea on wat.
point is, at the end of the day, i'd have accomplished all of nothing.
i miss the start of a school year. the packing of a new school bag, the nice clean textbooks, getting to know the classmates, catching up after the hols, making sure all the nailpolish and earrings are off, rushing to copy holiday homework, etc etc.
at least u sorta get a sense of a new year, a new start.
working just makes everyday the same.
