i honestly dont think i'm that bitchy but incompetence is really quite unforgiveable especially when you have specific instructions to follow and in the end someone else has to help you clear up your mess.

i hate firefighting. its so draining just tinking of all the fires to put out tomorrow. the emails and sms-es have already started tonight.
