choc, chopin, sophia & spaghetti sauce

thanks to my most amazing gor and jie over at marine drive, i shamelessly indulged in some rather exquisite confectionery as part of my dinner.

this, ladies and gents, is my current fave. it is soooooooooooooooo good.

White chocolate praliné with coffee butter cream and a whole hazelnut


i'm telling u, dont underestimate it. dont be fooled by its exterior since its neither dark choc (my usual fave), nor does it have some fanciful design or come gaily wrapped in foil.

i'm a white choc fan now. it IS that good.
